Policy: Micro Shrishti had banned people from going to roof.
Reason by the society for the policy: One boy and girl (from society only, as outsiders can not) apparently took keys for the roof and were found doing objectionable things there.
Action by society against those involved in act: Unknown.
Impact: because of above policy, people on Karva chauth night were denied access to the roof even when the moon was visible on other parts after 8:00 PM, society refused to give families access to roof till 9:30 PM, only after that time member of society under it's vigil gave access to see the moon and break the fast.
